What Actually Makes It Different: the Thermosiphon System

The real distinguishing feature isn't the name, it's a passive circulation loop called a thermosiphon. Hot water from the boiler naturally rises through the group head while cooler water sinks back down, creating continuous circulation without needing a pump to drive it.

The practical effect is that the group head itself stays warm between shots, rather than sitting at room temperature and cooling your water slightly every time it passes through.
